Nestled in the north side of the Great Dividing Range is our vineyard at the base of hills just 80 kilometres due north of Melbourne. This is home to Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Nebbiolo.
The soil types are the gray decomposed granitic loams that produce lovely concentrated ripe varietal berry fruit characters similar to that found in Graytown in South Heathcote.
The wines in general are very intense in berry flavour and whilst enjoyed young, will benefit with careful cellaring.
